The new model maintains the ability to disable in-app updates for local users or set defaults via the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.docker.com\/enterprise\/security\/hardened-desktop\/settings-management\/configure-admin-console\/\" target=\"_blank\">cloud admin console<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Getting Started<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The new release cadence and update experience are rolling out in phases to all Docker Desktop users starting with version 4.45.0.
