Back in January, we launched a private preview of our Boards integration with GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency. If you\u2019re unfamiliar with GitHub\u2019s data residency option and what it means for your organization, you can learn more in the original announcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Since the private preview launch, we\u2019ve gathered valuable feedback from early adopters, and today, we\u2019re excited to open up the experience to a wider audience with a public preview.<\/p>\n

How it works<\/h2>\n

We\u2019ve introduced a new option that allows you to connect an Azure Boards project to your GitHub Enterprise Cloud organization with data residency.<\/p>\n

After selecting the GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency<\/strong> option, simply enter the address for your ghe.com instance.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

That is all there is to it. Once you are connected to your GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency instance, you select and connect your GitHub repositories just like you know and love with GitHub.com. It includes all of the same features. Click here<\/a> to learn more.<\/p>\n

Sign up for public preview<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re interested in joining the public preview, feel free to email me directly <\/a>and we will enable it for your Azure DevOps organization.<\/p>\n

We expect the public preview to run for just a couple of weeks before the feature becomes generally available, so this is a great opportunity to try it out early and share your feedback.<\/p>\n
