.NET 11 Preview 2 is now available!

Today, we are excited to announce the second preview release of .NET 11! This release includes improvements across the .NET Runtime, SDK, libraries, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, .NET MAUI, F#, Entity Framework Core, container images, and more.
